Semi-live, clickable. Quick Quote is the default entry; agents get rates fast, then Promote to a full quote (enrich) which becomes the My Book record on submit.

Interaction spec (for engineering)

Flow / states

intake (default = Quick Quote) -> results -> full (Promote) -> book (Submit). Quick Quote is the front door; Full Lead is a secondary mode on the same screen.

Transitions: Get Quick Quote creates a lightweight quote row + shows rates. Promote to full quote enriches it into a full lead/customer, carrying every entered field forward (no re-entry). Submit application = promote-on-submit: the record appears in My Book with status Submitted.

Minimal fields (Quick Quote)

Age OR date of birth (single field, mode toggle - PEA-488; rating uses age, DOB derives it), State, Sex, Tobacco, optional Health conditions, Face (default $10,000 - PEA-487). No name/phone/email/zip.

Live vs canned

Live: mode toggle, age/DOB toggle, condition add/remove, health-condition tiering (Level -> Graded / knockout), price-vs-commission sort, the promote carry-forward, and the My Book row/detail.

Canned / illustrative: the rate numbers (small fake table, ~6 carriers), the specific carriers, and the client PII. Real rates come from the FEX Quotes API; tiers from the carrier setup engine.

Tier logic shown (illustrative)

No conditions -> all carriers Level. Add Diabetes (insulin) -> some carriers drop to Graded (higher price, 2-yr wait), one knocks out - demonstrates the age/health tiering (ties to PEA-491 / PEA-498). COPD -> a milder shift.
